Terms of Service

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the website (meerae.ai) operated by Meerae AI Inc. ("the Company") and all services provided by the Company (MacroPulse, NORMIA, Insighta, Local Insight Network, Meerae AI Search, AI News Create, etc., collectively the "Services"), including the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.

Article 2. Definitions

1. "Services" means all forms of services provided by the Company, including the website, mobile apps, B2B/B2G solutions, and APIs.
2. "User" means anyone who uses the Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Content" means all materials provided by the Company within the Services, including text, data, graphics, images, video, and analytical reports.

Article 3. Effect and Amendment of Terms

1. These Terms take effect upon posting on the Company's website.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws, with notice posted on this website at least 7 days before the effective date. For changes unfavorable to users, notice will be provided at least 30 days in advance.
3. If a user continues to use the Services after the effective date of amended Terms, they are deemed to have accepted the amendments.

Article 4. Provision and Modification of Services

1. The Company provides the following Services:
   • Access to website content
   • MacroPulse mobile app (free download via Google Play)
   • B2B/B2G AI solutions (NORMIA, Insighta, Local Insight Network, Meerae AI Search, AI News Create)
   • Other services additionally provided by the Company
2. The Company may modify part or all of the Services as needed for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice on this website.

Article 5. Service Use Agreement

1. The website and MacroPulse app are available free of charge to anyone without any registration procedure.
2. Use of B2B/B2G solutions is governed by a separate written agreement between the Company and the using organization (corporation or public institution).

Article 6. Service Hours

1. Services are provided 24 hours a day, year-round, in principle.
2. The Company may temporarily suspend Services due to system maintenance, communication failures, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, with prior notice. In urgent cases, notice may be provided after the fact.

Article 7. User Obligations

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

• Misuse of another person's information
• Unauthorized modification, deletion, or distribution of information posted by the Company
• Infringement of intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
• Acts damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of the Company or third parties
• Posting or transmitting obscene, violent, or other content contrary to public order and morals
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using information obtained through the Services without prior consent of the Company
• Hacking, automated crawling, generating abnormal traffic, or otherwise interfering with stable operation of the Services

Article 8. Company Obligations

1. The Company complies with applicable laws and these Terms, making best efforts to provide stable and continuous Services.
2. The Company implements security systems to protect user personal information. For details on personal data processing, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
3. The Company will promptly process opinions or complaints raised by users regarding service use, when deemed justified.

Article 9. Copyright and Content Ownership

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights to all Content (text, images, analytical results, reports, etc.) provided by the Company within the Services belong to the Company.
2. Users may not use Content for reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, derivative work, or allow third parties to use it, without prior written consent from the Company.
3. However, analytical content publicly provided by the MacroPulse app may be cited for personal, non-commercial purposes with proper attribution (e.g., "Source: MacroPulse / Meerae AI").
4. Rights to the original public data (DART, KRX, ECOS, etc.) belong to the respective data providers.

Article 10. Service Use Restrictions

If a user violates these Terms or applicable laws, the Company may restrict or suspend service use without prior notice.

Article 11. Disclaimer

1. The Company shall not be liable for inability to provide Services due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, communication failures, or service outages of telecom carriers.
2. The Company shall not be liable for service use issues caused by the user's fault.
3. Analytical and predictive Content provided by the Company (particularly MacroPulse's trading signals, corporate analysis, etc.) is for reference only and does not constitute investment advice or recommendations. Any gains or losses from investment decisions are solely the user's responsibility.
4. The Company does not warrant the accuracy of external sites or third-party information, and is not liable for damages arising therefrom.

Article 12. Dispute Resolution

1. Disputes between the Company and users shall be resolved through mutual consultation in principle.
2. If consultation fails, disputes may be resolved through dispute mediation procedures under applicable laws or litigation.

Article 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to the interpretation of these Terms and to disputes between the Company and users.
2. The court of jurisdiction for any lawsuit arising in connection with use of the Services shall be determined under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms take effect from June 4, 2026.
